"shiken"

Tomorrow I have a Japanese shiken, or test. It is a language proficiency shiken given by the Japanese government, with four levels - 1 being the highest and 4 being the lowest. I am FINALLY getting off my lazy ass to take level 1. I passed the level 2 shiken like five years ago so it's about damn time! For level 1 I need to know around 2000 Japanese kanji characters, and some of them look the same so it can get quite confusing. I cannot wait to get this shiken over with so I can relax (at least for a day and then I have to work on my thesis.)
